Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 3 tbsps. garlic, chopped
  • 3/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chorizo de Bilbao, canned and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups U.S. Fingerling potatoes, cut into tiny cubes
  • 1/2 kilo ground pork
  • 1/2 kilo ground beef
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil

Preparation

1. In a large pan, sauté garlic and onions.
2. Add in the chorizo and the potatoes and sauté for another 5 minutes.
3. Add the ground pork and the ground beef.
4. Sauté until pinkish color is no longer visible (around 10 minutes).
5. Add the rest of the ingredients and sauté until mixture is dry. You may drain some of the excess oil.
6. Serve with fried egg.
