Description

Taste the burst of sunshine! The tangy mangoes, juicy tomatoes, and perfectly seasoned wedges come together in a fresh and savory harmo-ny. Incredibly easy to make and deliciously satisfying, this salad hits all the right spots!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams U.S. Frozen Wedges
  • 1 large Green Mango, peeled and diced
  • ½ medium Red Onion, diced
  • 1 large Tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar or Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Air fry the frozen wedges at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 mins or until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Mix balsamic vinegar, fish sauce, sugar or honey, and olive oil to make a vinaigrette.
  3. Combine mangoes, red onion, tomatoes, and cilantro with the vinaigrette.
  4. Toss in the wedges. Season with salt and pepper.
