Ingredients

  • 120 grams Tuna Fish
  • 400 grams U.S. Mini Hash Browns
  • 200 grams Quinoa, cooked
  • 240 grams Tomato, sliced
  • 120 grams Cucumber, sliced
  • 120 grams Salad Greens
  • 4 pieces Boiled Egg
  • 40 grams Sprouts

For Onion Dressing

  • 50 grams Onions, minced
  • 60 milliliter Soy Sauce
  • 60 milliliter Rice Vinegar
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 2 grams Salt
  • 45 Milliliter Salad Oil

Preparation

  1. Spray U.S. mini has browns with oil and bake or air fry for 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Arrange all ingredients in a grain bowl.
  3. Crumble crispy U.S. mini hash browns and sprinkle over the grain bowl.
  4. Serve with onion dressing.

For onion dressing:

  1. Simmer all ingredients except oil for 2 minutes.
  2. Cool down and mix salad oil.
