This homemade collagen soup is filled with nutritious ingredients that can be stored for days. It’s good for the skin and digestion!

Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken Feet
  • 1 Whole Small Carrot, sliced
  • 1 Whole Medium Onion, sliced
  • 10-12 pcs Frozen Potato Slices
  • 2.5L Water
  • ½ cup Cooking Sake
  • Sea Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. In a pot of boiling water, pre-cook chicken feet for 2 minutes. Drain water and set chicken feet aside.
  2. In the same pot or pressure cooker, add in pre-cooked chicken feet, sliced carrots, sliced onion, frozen potato slices, cooking sake, sea salt, and pepper. Then give a quick stir.
  3. If using a regular pot, let this simmer for at least 12 to 15 hours. If using a pressure cooker, put on high pressure for 8 hours.
  4. Once soup is done, it is ready to serve. If storing for meal preps, portion into small containers and keep in the freezer.
