U.S. Dehydrated Potato

Ingredients

  • ½ cup U.S. dehydrated potato flakes
  • 2 cups fresh milk
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (evo)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of paprika
  • extra virgin olive oil to drizzle on top

Preparation

  1. Simmer the milk and add the potato flakes.
  2. Mix properly until it becomes like mashed potato.
  3. Cool down the mashed potato in a room temperature.
  4. In a bowl, mix the mashed potato with tahini, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, sour cream, cumin, and salt.
  5. When all ingredients are properly incorporated, plate it and drizzle evo on top and sprinkle paprika.
