U.S. Dehydrated Potato
Ingredients
- ½ cup U.S. dehydrated potato flakes
- 2 cups fresh milk
- ½ cup tahini
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (evo)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- a pinch of paprika
- extra virgin olive oil to drizzle on top
Preparation
- Simmer the milk and add the potato flakes.
- Mix properly until it becomes like mashed potato.
- Cool down the mashed potato in a room temperature.
- In a bowl, mix the mashed potato with tahini, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, sour cream, cumin, and salt.
- When all ingredients are properly incorporated, plate it and drizzle evo on top and sprinkle paprika.
