Salted Egg Curry U.S. Twister Fries


  • 500 grams U.S. twister fries

Salted Egg Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Corn Oil
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 4 pieces Salted Egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 piece Green Chili
  • 1 piece Red Chili
  • 20 pieces Curry Leaves, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Evaporated Milk


  1. Spray U.S. twister fries with vegetable oil. Bake or Air fry at 232°C (450°F) for 12 minutes.
  2. Sautee garlic in corn oil and butter, add mashed salted egg yolk, garlic, chilis and curry leaves.
  3. Season with sugar.
  4. Add the evaporated milk last and make a nice emulsion.
  5. Toss U.S. twister fries in the salted egg sauce and serve immediately.
