Shrimp Skewer and U.S. Tater Drum Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 500 grams U.S. Tater Drums
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon rind and juice
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 200 grams Shrimp

Cocktail Sauce

  • ½ cup Tomato, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 5 grams Cilantro

Garnish

  • Garlic, fried
  • Cilantro

Preparation
Prep Time: 30min | Cook Time: 35min

  1. Skewer your shrimps and season with seasoning, lemon, garlic and salt.
  2. Grill or bake at 350°F until the color turns pink. Set aside.
  3. Spray U.S. tater drums with olive oil and bake/air fry at 232°C (450°F) for 17 minutes.
  4. Mix all the ingredients of the cocktail sauce and refrigerate.
  5. Garnish the shrimp and U.S. tater drums with garlic and cilantro.
  6. Serve with cocktail sauce.
