Shrimp Skewer and U.S. Tater Drum Cocktail
Ingredients
- 500 grams U.S. Tater Drums
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Lemon rind and juice
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 200 grams Shrimp
Cocktail Sauce
- ½ cup Tomato, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Chili Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 5 grams Cilantro
Garnish
Preparation
Prep Time: 30min | Cook Time: 35min
- Skewer your shrimps and season with seasoning, lemon, garlic and salt.
- Grill or bake at 350°F until the color turns pink. Set aside.
- Spray U.S. tater drums with olive oil and bake/air fry at 232°C (450°F) for 17 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients of the cocktail sauce and refrigerate.
- Garnish the shrimp and U.S. tater drums with garlic and cilantro.
- Serve with cocktail sauce.
