  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 6 pcs Frozen Mini Hash Brown Potatoes, fried
  • 100 gms Celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 pc Apple, cored and sliced into strips
  • 100 gms Seedless Grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Caramelised Walnut
  • Baby Greens, for garnish


1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
2. Add the fried Mini Hash Brown Potatoes, celery, apples, grapes, and caramelized walnuts.
3. Arrange on a plate with baby greens.
