Serves 4 Servings (800ml)

Ingredients

  • 15 grams Butter
  • 800 grams Onions, sliced
  • 10 grams Garlic, minced
  • 200 grams U.S. Frozen Mashed Potato
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 115 grams Cheddar Cheese
  • 100 grams Bacon, cooked
  • 400 grams U.S. Cajun Crispy Fries or U.S. Curly Fries
  • Parsley

Preparation

  1. Sauté onions in butter until caramelized.
  2. Add garlic and U.S. frozen mashed potato.
  3. Add chicken broth, milk, and cheese.
  4. Air fry or bake U.S. Cajun Crispy Fries or U.S. Curly Fries for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Serve soup topped with crispy fries, bacon, and then garnish with parsley.
