Umami U.S. Potato Crispy and Spicy Fries

Serves 4


  • 500 grams U.S. Skinny Buffalo Fries
  • Vegetable Oil, as needed
  • ½ cup Pork Floss
  • 1 sheet Nori Flakes
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Furikake


  1. Spray the U.S. skinny buffalo fries with vegetable oil.
  2. Bake or air fry at 232°C (450°F) for 12 minutes.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise and gochujang.
  4. When fries are ready top with pork floss, nori, furikake, sesame seeds.
  5. Serve with gochujang mayonnaise.
