A tasty easy-to-make burrito with shredded chicken adobo, tater tots, salted egg salsa and cilantro.
Ingredients
- 300 grams U.S. frozen potato tater tots, fried
- 1 cup left-over chicken adobo with sauce
- 2 pieces flour tortillas
- 2 pieces salted egg
- 2 pieces tomatoes, seeded and cubed
- 1 piece onion, cubed
- 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- cornstarch and water
- sour cream
Preparation
- Flake the left-over chicken adobo. Set aside.
- In a pan, heat up the sauce. Add slurry to thicken.
- Add the chicken back into the pan and then add the fried tater tots.
- Mix the salted egg, onion, tomato, and cilantro to make salsa.
- Lay tortilla in a chopping board. Add the chicken and potato mixture.
- Add the salted egg mixture. Roll up in a burrito and secure tightly.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
