Description

A tasty easy-to-make burrito with shredded chicken adobo, tater tots, salted egg salsa and cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams U.S. frozen potato tater tots, fried
  • 1 cup left-over chicken adobo with sauce
  • 2 pieces flour tortillas
  • 2 pieces salted egg
  • 2 pieces tomatoes, seeded and cubed
  • 1 piece onion, cubed
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • cornstarch and water
  • sour cream

Preparation

  1. Flake the left-over chicken adobo. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat up the sauce. Add slurry to thicken.
  3. Add the chicken back into the pan and then add the fried tater tots.
  4. Mix the salted egg, onion, tomato, and cilantro to make salsa.
  5. Lay tortilla in a chopping board. Add the chicken and potato mixture.
  6. Add the salted egg mixture. Roll up in a burrito and secure tightly.
  7. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
