Ingredients

  • 500g Frozen Hash Brown Patties
  • 500g Rib Eye Steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Whole Yellow Onion, sliced
  • 1 Whole Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Whole Green Pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese, sliced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the hash brown until golden brown.
  3. Heat oil in a separate pan and sauté the sliced onions and cook until it caramelizes. Set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the bell peppers and cook until done and set aside.
  5. Season the sliced beef with paprika, salt, and pepper and sauté until cooked.
  6. Arrange the beef slices on top of the hash brown and top with the caramelized onions and bell peppers.
  7. Finish off with sliced cheese, and place in the oven until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve.
