  • 300 grams U.S. Frozen Sidewinder Fries
  • 300 grams Fusilli or Penne Pasta
  • 2 large Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 large White Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 3 cups Double Cream or All-Purpose Cream
  • ½ cup of Shredded Cheddar or Cheese
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 250 grams Sundried Tomatoes or 5 Medium Fresh Tomatoes, de-seeded and diced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon, optional and to taste
  • 1 bunch Parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Air fry the frozen sidewinder fries at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 mins or until golden brown. Set aside.
