Ingredients

  • 500 grams U.S. Frozen Sidewinder Fries
  • 3 medium Chicken Breasts
  • 2 small Green Chilies, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 medium Red Onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt or Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Canola Oil

Preparation

  1. Air fry the frozen sidewinder fries at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 mins or until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the pan, add some canola oil, then pan-fry the chicken breasts. Set aside to rest.
  4. Slice the rested chicken breasts into small cubes.
  5. Heat the pan again, add some canola oil, then sauté the chicken breasts and green chilies for 30 seconds.
  6. Add the soy sauce and onion. Do not over fry the onions.
  7. Turn off the heat, then stir in Greek yogurt or light mayonnaise, add the lemon juice, and air-fried sidewinder fries.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve with lemon or calamansi wedges, minced onions, and minced chilies on the side.
