Ingredients

  • 500 grams U.S. Potato Tater Drums

For the Tteokbokki Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic
  • ½ cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
  • ¾ cup All-Purpose Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • Green Onions
  • Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese, as needed
  • Mini Sausages, optional

Preparation

  1. Fry the tater tots until golden.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of the tteokbokki sauce and simmer.
  3. Toss in the tater drums, add grated cheese and serve with the cooked sausages.
