Ingredients
- 1 Garlic brunoise
- 1 1/2 cup Potato Flakes
- 1/4 Milk
- 1 cup Hot water
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- Olives
- 5 to 10 pcs. Mediterranean Feta Cheese
- Parsley
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Place potato flakes in a bowl then add hot water, and milk. Stir then add butter. But do not over stir.
- Crumble 5 to 10 feta cheese and mix it in the mashed potato.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and serve with chopped olives and parsley.
