Description

Omelette goals! Savory potatoes, fluffy eggs, fresh basil, and melty cheese all in one mouthwatering bite -- an easy way to load up on nutrients without sacrificing flavor.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams U.S. Frozen Chips or Slices
  • 5 Large Eggs
  • ½ White Onion, diced
  • ¼ Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Milk
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • ½ cup Cheddar, shredded
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Air fry the frozen chips at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 mins or until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Saute onion and red bell pepper in a pan. Set aside.
  3. Whisk together eggs, onion, bell pepper, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the cooked potato chips in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, topped evenly with basil and cheese.
  5. Cover with a lid, then cook in low to medium heat until the egg forms with a golden brown crust.
